Know the rate before you accept.

Rate Dial floats over the Uber Driver app and calculates your real $/mile and $/hour the instant a trip request shows up — so you can decide in a second, not a guess.

Sideloaded install — Android will ask you to allow installs from this source once.

Live rate on a trip request

Everything it does. Nothing it shouldn't.

Rate Dial has one job: turn what's already on your screen into a number you can decide on.

Instant $/mile & $/hour

The moment a trip request appears, Rate Dial reads the fare, distance, and time and shows your real rate — pickup included, not just the paid leg.

🟢

Stays out of the way

A small green dot when idle, a full card only when a request is on screen. Drag it anywhere with a long-press.

🔒

Read-only, always

Rate Dial never taps Accept, Decline, or anything else in the Uber Driver app. It only reads your own screen to do the math.

🎯

Set your own targets

Pick your minimum $/mile and $/hour. The card colors green, yellow, or red so you can decide in a glance.

↗️

One tap to Uber

Tap the floating button for a quick menu — jump straight back into Uber Driver, or open Rate Dial's settings.

📱

Built for your device

A lean, hardened Android build — no debug logging, no bloat. Works on Android 8.0 (API 26) and up.

How it works

01

Install & grant permissions

Download the APK, install it, and turn on Accessibility + "draw over other apps" from Rate Dial's settings screen.

02

Drive like normal

Go online in Uber Driver. Rate Dial sits as a small dot until a request comes in — it isn't doing anything else.

03

Decide at a glance

The card expands over the request with your $/mile and $/hour, color-coded against the targets you set.

⬇ Download RateDial.apk

Android will warn you before installing an app from outside the Play Store — tap "Install anyway" / allow this source. Rate Dial never asks for anything beyond the Accessibility and overlay permissions it explains on first launch.
